3rd Annual Leavitt Orthodontics Coloring Contest
This year, to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos- The Day of the Dead, Leavitt Orthodontics is having a coloring contest and we want all to participate in the celebration of the day of remembrance.
About the Contest:
All are welcomed to participate in the Leavitt Orthodontics Coloring Contest. So grab your favorite “coloring” materials, print the image, and get started creating your very own sugar skull!
The contest is open to everyone. If not a student, the school that you select must be local here in Pocatello, Idaho.
All of the coloring sheets will be displayed in our office. And the top school(s) that have the most participation will win money for their pto/pta.
Submit your work of art to our office at Leavitt Orthodontics, 1455 Bench Road, Ste. A (upper parking lot) from now until November 3, 2023.

How to Enter:
You can receive a coloring sheet from your elementary school, pick one up at our office, or print the contest coloring sheet using the link below. Color it using any physical medium you’d like, including crayons, colored pencils, markers, or paints, glitter, sequins, etc. The more bold and bright the better. (Digitally-colored entries will not be accepted.)
Submit your entry by bringing it to: Leavitt Orthodontics, 1455 Bench Road, Ste. A (Upper Parking Lot), Pocatello, Idaho during office hours- Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. Entry must be received by or before 5:00 pm, Nov.3, 2023 No other method of entry will be accepted. Your entry must include your full name, age (if under 18), grade, elementary school, telephone number and email address.
PRIZES:
Three (3) local elementary schools with the most participation will win up to $300 for their PTO/PTA. First place will receive $300, Second Place will receive $200 and third place will receive $100.
Three (3) students will be selected as winners of a class pizza party.
By submitting an entry, you agree to the following official contest rules:
Limit one (1) entry per person
All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant.
No purchase necessary.
The contest is open to everyone. If not a student, the school that is selected must be local to Pocatello, Idaho.
Entries must be submitted to the Leavitt Orthodontic office. No other method of entry will be accepted.
Artwork will be judged independently based on the ability of each entrant. Each entry will be judged on 50% coloring skill and 50% creativity. Winners will be determined by judges at their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
We will contact the potential winners by email or phone. Potential winners will have five (5) business days to respond or he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
All selected winners will have their entries posted on the Leavitt Orthodontics webpage and social media outlets.
Entries will not be given back once submitted.
