There are some limitations to your diet while you are in braces, but it’s not that much and if you’re a candidate for Invisalign Teen, there are even fewer restrictions. We’ll go over all the dos and don’ts with you at your appointment but bottom line is just avoid anything hard, sticky or chewy. You’ll have a beautiful, straight smile in no time!
